The site was programmed in php with a Microsoft Access database. The first version of the site was written in ASP using a hodge-podge of public functions. I standardized the site with php programming accented by CSS styling.

Security determines what user menus appear in the left-hand pull down menus. Quota checking prevents members with insufficient credits from submitting manuscripts.
